Orders & Shipping
Which countries/regions do you ship to? ▾
We currently ship within West Malaysia only. Logistics to other regions — East Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia — are being set up. Thanks for your patience while we expand!
How long does it take to process my order? ▾
Orders placed on non-holiday weekdays are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
What’s the average delivery time? ▾
Approximately 3 working days within West Malaysia.
Will I receive a tracking number? How is it sent? ▾
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number is generated and sent to you via email (to the address used at checkout). You can also check your Shopify order status page.
Do you offer free shipping? ▾
Standard shipping fees apply for most orders. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions (including WhatsApp orders) — follow our announcements for updates.

What are the main ingredients? Are they safe? ▾
Our litter is made from sodium-based mineral litter, cassava starch, and bentonite — all natural ingredients. It contains 0 formaldehyde and 0 aflatoxins.
How is your cat litter different from others? ▾
- Source factory with our own mines — we control quality from raw materials to finished product.
- Ultra-low dust (~0.2%) — virtually dust-free, gentler on respiratory health.
- Anti-stick-to-bottom technology — easier cleaning and a cleaner litter box.
- Superior odor control — ideal for multi-cat households.
Can I flush the cat litter? ▾
We do not recommend flushing mineral litter down the toilet. Please dispose of used clumps in household waste according to local regulations.
Is it suitable for kittens or multi-cat households? ▾
Yes. The mineral litter mimics the desert-sand texture cats love, delivers ~0.2% dust, and provides strong odor coverage with anti-stick performance — friendly for kittens and great for multi-cat homes.
How do I use the litter? Any mixing tips? ▾
When used alone, spread 5–8 cm of mineral litter in the box. You may also mix:
- Bottom layer: ~2 cm cassava litter
- Top layer: mineral litter (or other preferred type)
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order? ▾
Yes. If the product is defective/damaged, or if the item is unopened and in original condition, you may request a return/exchange within 7 days of receipt.

How long will my refund take? ▾
Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and local e-wallets.
Is my payment information secure? ▾
Yes. Payments are processed via secure gateways. Your card details are encrypted and not stored on our servers.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? ▾
Currently, COD is not available.
